Cache Valley Area Investors Association

Cache Valley is learning to be financially independent.

LOGAN, UT—The CVAIA meets twice a month to help the members of the association learn to become financially independent.

Preston Parker founded the CVAIA in 2007 to help the people in Cache Valley to have a forum to discuss investment strategies. Parker saw the need for a forum for investors to discuss how they make their “passive income” become enough to live off of eventually.

Passive income is the money that you have invested that is being earned while you are not working; it is money that works for you. When investments become enough to live off of, there is much more freedom in employment. Parker says, “everyone should be doing something that they love.” Investing to being earning large amounts of passive income is the way to accomplish this.

CVAIA meets every other Thursday at the Cache Valley Chamber of Commerce. Visitors who want to learn about increasing their passive income are welcome to attend.

Cache Valley Area Investors Association (CVAIA) teaches people how to increase passive income. CVAIA embraces the Law of Attraction, Law of Abundance, and Law of Exchange. They practice the methods found in the ideologies of books including Rich Dad Poor Dad, The Wealthy Barber, The Millionaire Next Door, Atlas Shrugged, The Automatic Millionaire, and The Secret. CVAIA began in August 2007 and now has members from many geographical locations and from all walks of life. The members come together with the same belief: that education mitigates the risks of investing.
