I would like to write a letter personally thanking you and your company for the services that your company has provided for me. I don’t live near a department store that sells my favorite of your products, the All About Eyes from Clinique.
Your sales people always take very good care of me when I arrive at the counter. They always write down all of the colors and products that I like. When I run out of the products that I need, all I have to do is call them and let them know what I am in need of and it is shipped quickly and efficiently with the same service and extras that I would have gotten in the store.
I wanted to let you know what wonderful service I have received from your company.
